• Helping those in your congregation with a vision for long-term mission involvement with discernment trips, preparation training opportunities and helping them navigate the entire process of going long-term.

• Once you have long-term workers in place, we can also help you with field mentoring to help them stay emotionally healthy  and thus stay longer while on the field.
